Deleting your data from Mora

This page explains how to remove Mora's access to your Facebook account and how to ask us to delete all the data Mora holds about you.

This page is available in English and Mongolian. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.

1. Remove Mora's access

On Facebook:

Open Facebook.
Go to Settings & privacy.
Select Settings.
Open Business Integrations.
Find Mora in the list and select Remove.

Or, in Mora, go to Settings and select Disconnect.

Removing access stops new data from reaching Mora. To delete data that is already stored, follow step 2.

2. Request deletion of all your data

Call +976 91114009 or send a message to our Mora Facebook Page with the words "Data deletion request", and include the Facebook Page name or the phone number you used for Mora so we can find your data.

What gets deleted

We delete all data listed in our Privacy Policy, including:

Facebook account information (name, user ID, email)
connected Page data
Messenger conversation data and ad referral data
ads data
bookings, arrivals, payment amounts, and notes your staff entered
access tokens
early access form details (if you sent the form)

Server logs are kept only for their limited retention period for security purposes, and are then deleted.

Timeline

We delete the data within 30 days of receiving your request and confirm to you when it is done, using the contact details you gave us.

If you messaged a business that uses Mora

If you sent a message to the Facebook Page of a business that uses Mora, you can ask that business directly to delete your data. You can also call us at +976 91114009 or send a message to our Mora Facebook Page with the business's Page name and your Facebook name. We will delete the conversation data we hold about you for that business within 30 days and confirm to you when it is done.
